As a business leader, the expectation is that you will have a clear vision for the future of the organisation and understanding of how well the strategy is aligned to operational delivery. In our experience, business leaders are often busy focussing on the operational issues and don’t have time to step back and assess how the business is doing. There are also instances when business processes are not working as well as expected and the problem needs to be reviewed but it’s difficult to take time out to do this properly.

We support organisations in Nottingham and across the East Midlands. We can come in and carry out a business review. This will give you a much clearer understanding of your strategic direction as well as identify areas of improvement that you need to focus on.

We will meet with you and take the time to understand your personal goals as well as the businesses strategic objectives. As described in the previous section we draw up a Partnership Agreement so you can be assured that all discussions are completely confidential.

We then arrange a ‘Go-See’ visit of the office or organisation; we will work at pace observing and identifying any risks and opportunities for business growth and transformation.

If there is a specific process that you are concerned about we can focus on this and carry out an in depth analysis to gather information and identify areas that may require change.

Throughout the process, we will work with you, and your team, if appropriate. We’ll use a number of innovative tools and approaches, which allow us to gather sufficient evidence to support our analysis. For example, we will use:

• On-site improvement audits
• Team feedback sessions
• Off-site confidential consultations
• In-depth analysis

The outcome will be a structured report, which is based on evidence and facts and not assumptions or bias. The report will identify opportunities and threats to ensure that your business is resilient in today’s rapidly evolving environment. The report will give you a clear view of which processes need to be improved, and a better understanding of the strategic direction of the organisation.
