Most organisations capture a lot of data but always don’t use this effectively to monitor corporate performance. Having a good corporate performance management process in place helps leaders to:

We suggest that you create performance hubs and structured meetings with all the team so that they can report performance and discuss any actions that arise. Usually within a day we can gain a good understanding of the performance management process and KPIs required. It can then take between two to five days to work with you and your team to understand how to use the process and develop skills to measure performance effectively.
